Uninstall Admin Tools or, at least, disable the component and the plugins.

If you are not using the militarywives site template, uninstall it.

Some of those third party extensions sound a bit dodgy. Temporarily disable all that you can.

I did as you suggested...

The Admin Tools is the Akeeba Admin Tools - it was NOT the problem.

The template militarywives IS my template. It is temporarily swapped with Cassiopeia

AFTER that I began one by one and hit the jackpot on the second one - it is called Securitycheck https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/securitycheck

Needless to say - it has gone BYE BYE.

I want to thank you for your time, patience and understanding. I didn't want to attempt migrating to Joomla v5 and take a problem along with me.
